We recently spent a great day with Limewood at their cookery school for their ‘A Pig in a Day’ class.

The day was run by River Cottage’s butchery expert Steven Lamb and was also attended by Mike from The Farmers Butcher.

The class included how to get to grips with the carcass of a whole pig, transforming it into a wide range of products and delicious pork recipes.
