New Forest Marque members enjoyed a live chef demonstration and tried delicious Thai food at our recent networking evening.

A big thank you to Sutti Se-Upara and his staff at Anissa’s Thai Kitchen in Lyndhurst, for hosting a fantastic networking event for more than 30 people.

Sutti gave a live cooking demonstration at the event which showcased goods from local New Forest Marque suppliers and producers. The results were as mouth-watering as they look!

The family-run restaurant specialises in traditional Thai food, especially that of the Isaan and Southern regions. The menu at Anissa’s features local produce and ingredients, including meat, eggs and honey from local farms and butchers, seafood from the Hampshire coast and locally-grown vegetables and mushrooms.

The team uses these fantastic local ingredients alongside exotic Thai herbs and spices to create delicious dishes without compromising true Thai techniques and tastes.

The restaurant also runs a range of very popular events including cooking masterclasses and chefs table evenings.
