Processed products
Processed products must contain a minimum of 25% of product that has come from within the Scheme Boundary e.g. sausages, hamburgers, cheese.
All processed products must contain a minimum 25% of New Forest produce to carry the Marque. This 25% must be either by weight or volume. We may ask for invoices & receipts of produce purchased. All produce to carry the Marque must be recorded in a traceability book available for review upon request.
Cooked products
Cooked products must contain a minimum of 25% of product that has come from within the Scheme Boundary e.g. pies, cakes etc.
