Bespoke oak creations

Look at these beautiful creations from two of our talented wood craft members.
This year’s Building Design Awards (pictured above) were created in oak for the New Forest National Park Authority by New Forest Marque member BearWood.
BearWood is a company devoted to breathing new life into salvaged timber that would otherwise end up as firewood or woodchips.
BearWood only works with wood from trees that are felled in the New Forest and offers a range of services including mobile sawmilling, timber sales and bespoke woodwork such as unique pieces of furniture and interior décor.
The New Forest Marque’s stunning new member plaques (pictured below) were created by Patrick Kemp of Kempe Wood Art.
New Forest Marque member Patrick makes a wide variety of bespoke wood creations including trophies, house and stable signs, bookmarks, chess and draughts sets, games compendiums and more. Many items are made with seasoned timber from his farm and unwanted furniture is upcycled into useful and interesting gifts.
We can’t wait to hand out these fabulous plaques!
