Board Member Spotlight: Claire Hoole

The New Forest Marque is fortunate enough to have a group of skilled, passionate and inspiring individuals on its Members’ Board. Their passion for the New Forest, and the people and businesses within it, ignites them to do their upmost to ensure that it is supported and celebrated through the New Forest Marque Local Produce Scheme.
Associate member Claire Hoole joined the New Forest Marque Board last year. She has been enjoying the journey so far. Here’s a little bit more about Claire and her story.
Claire met her husband Alex over 20 years ago when they worked together for an insurance agency in Lymington. A few years on and they now have 3 beautiful children, 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs and even a New Forest Pony! She said ‘as a family we love living in the New Forest and enjoy nothing more than a long walk with a pub at the end. Unlike Alex I’m not New Forest born and bred, which makes it even more magical for me.’
Claire and Alex now run an independent commercial insurance brokerage called Circle Insurance, and their office is located on the cobbles of Lymington Quay. They are a small team of 4 in total, and between them have a wealth of insurance experience and expertise. They have even achieved Corporate Chartered status with the Chartered Insurance Institute. Circle Insurance became an associate member of the New Forest Marque last year.
We wanted to know what inspired Claire to join the New Forest Marque Board?
Claire said, ‘I wanted to become actively involved in supporting local people and their businesses within the New Forest. I absolutely adore living and working here. It’s an incredibly special place for me and I like to give back where I can. I have so much admiration for all the Marque Members and am proud to be amongst such good company.’
Thank you Claire for your dedication to the New Forest Marque. Your contributions of ideas, energy, and enthusiasm are invaluable.
