The Big Blue Café (home of Court House Catering) are celebrating ‘Discover National Parks Fortnight‘ with their Tastes of the New Forest menu.

Each day during the fortnight they will be using a different New Forest ingredients in their daily specials.

Monday 8th – Blackwater pork sausage rolls with chips & beans
Tuesday 9th – Sausages baked with New Forest Honey & wholegrain mustard served with mash & greens
Wednesday 10th – Chicken, leek & New Forest mushroom pie served with chips & beans
Thursday 11th –  Angel Hair pasta with Chalk Stream trout, rocket, chilli & lemon
Friday 12th – Gammon Ham ploughmans offered with The Real Jam & Chutney Company Piccalilli

Monday 15th – Fish, Chips & Mushy peas (batter made using New Forest Sparkling mineral water)
Tuesday 16th – Homemade potato frittata with claytons eggs with homemade pesto & goats cheese served with salad
Wednesday 17th – Pulled pork pie served with mash & peas served with Hill Farm Apple juice gravy
Thursday 18th – Welsh Rarebit with Lyburn cheese on sourdough served with salad garnish
Friday 19th / closed (Good Friday)
