Cobley Wood Farm has for the last few years produced a range of festive/seasonal sausages from their Free Range, Saddleback pigs.
Cobley Wood Farm won 2 gold and 4 silver awards at last year’s Hampshire Pie and Sausage Competition and also received the New Forest Marque Champion Producer award. The four flavours that are being made this year are: Plum and Ginger; Port and Cranberry; Orange, Cranberry and Chestnut; and Spicy Mulled Wine.
Cobley Wood Farm is also taking orders now for their Free Range Bronze turkeys.
