The New Forest Marque is a sign of true local provenance – only products with at least 25% of the ingredients coming from accredited New Forest growers, farmers and suppliers can use the badge and we’ve been limited so far to a few small batches of beers.

However, that’s all changed now as we have tweaked our Lymington Gin botanicals with the addition of blueberries grown by the New Forest Fruit Company over at Beaulieu and we are cutting all of our spirits to their final strength with New Forest Spring Water. When they are ripe, we will be using raspberries from Goodall’s at Walhampton in our Myristica Gin and we continue to brew our beers and malt liquors with our specially malted barley grown at Aubrey Farm in Keyhaven.
