Naked Jam Savoury Selection Masterclass
A former World-champion, Jennifer Williams is without doubt, among the global elite of jam makers. On this hands-on training course, she will share some of her much-coveted, jam-making secrets with you so that you can surprise your friends and family with joyful jams on your return.
Come to Jennifer’s country kitchen classroom in the heart of the beautiful New Forest. It’s a small, intimate class with an accent on fun as well as education and learn how to make the best savoury preserves you have ever tasted. Preserves may include New Forest apple chutney, red onion marmalade and chilli jam.
The course starts at 10 am with refreshments on arrival, Jennifer will guide you through the plan for the day in detail and talk a little about the ingredients she has chosen and why.
You’ll make your first preserve in the morning.
Lunch will include home-made soup and Jennifer’s legendary homemade quiche.
After lunch, you’ll make the other preserves
The day will end with a tasting session and each attendee will receive personal feedback, both from Jennifer and their classmates.
You will leave at 4 pm with 20-25 jars of the best preserves you ever made, three gift bags and a wealth of hints and tips.
