Box of sauces and toppings in pots.

Our newest member offers traditional ice cream bikes for hire and delicious sundae kits delivered direct to your home.

Established in 2008 by Abbie Marsh, Brock Ice is the perfect choice for celebrations from weddings and festivals to parties and proms.

Abbie serves ice cream creations from beautiful vintage style bikes and carts, using New Forest Ice Cream adorned with a variety of toppings and sauces, including some by fellow Marque members.

The delicious strawberry sauce used by Abbie is made by Naked Jam with fruit from the New Forest Fruit Company. You can also have your ice cream topped with melt in your mouth crumbled biscuits from New Forest Shortbread.

Abbie said: ‘I started off pedalling around the village selling to locals and tourists, then moved on to serving at public and private events. Little did I know I would still be serving ice creams 15 years later at over 100 events a year.

‘This year sees us serving delicious locally made toppings, a new logo, a new website coming very soon, amongst other exciting things. And the answer to a question I still get asked a lot is yes, I still love eating ice cream!’

Brock Ice also offers ice cream sundae treat boxes so you can make your own ice creams at home or send one to family and friends as a gift.

Sent straight from the New Forest, the beautifully presented boxes include fruit, salted caramel and chocolate sauces, alongside toppings including fudge, rainbow sprinkles and mini marshmallows, plus spoons, napkins and cute colouring sheets. You can also personalise your delivery with a wildflower note card, which is embedded with seeds and can be planted.

Abbie is committed to working sustainably and all packaging is plastic free and stickers are eco-friendly.
