New Forest festive events

Get your Christmas shopping in the bag with one of these fabulous festive events happening in the New Forest this year. Browse markets to find unique gifts and buy from local producers to support the New Forest community.
20 November – Eats ‘n’ Treats
First up is Eats ‘n’ Treats at Brockenhurst College on Sunday, 20 November.
The popular event is one of the biggest Christmas markets in the Forest with more than 50 local producers selling food, drinks, crafts and gifts.
There will also be a pop-up bar and food court, as well as live music performances, how-to demonstrations, and plenty of activities to occupy children.
This is your chance to sample some of the finest locally produced food and drink while gaining a head start on your Christmas shopping.

26 & 27 November – Shallowmead Nurseries Christmas Fayre
The nursery, café and farm shop in Boldre Lane, Lymington is hosting a Christmas Fayre on Saturday and Sunday, 26 and 27 November, promoting local produce and raising money for Oakhaven Hospice.
You’ll find artisan products from lots of local businesses, many of which have been awarded the New Forest Marque.
Shallowmead’s Christmas trees and decorations will also be on display and Mabel’s café will be serving up some special festive treats.

1 December – New Forest Collection Christmas Gift Evening
Discover a range of New Forest artisan producers at Burley Manor’s gift evening on Thursday 1 December.
Hosted in the beautiful original barn at Burley Manor, the free event will feature festive music and a raffle to win some very special prizes, plus the bar will be open for seasonal tipples. You’ll also meet a host of New Forest Marque members selling true local produce.

3, 4, 10 & 11 December – Exbury Christmas Fair
Browse stalls presented by artisan creators, makers, crafting experts and local producers, with festive music and carol singers to get you into the festive spirit.
All tickets to the Christmas Fair include admission to Exbury Gardens, with over 200 acres of woodland garden to explore.
A festive family trail, Christmas wishing tree and the chance to write and post a Letter to Santa are all included in your Christmas garden admission.
