Naked Jam – and the New Forest Marque logo – are coming to The Ritz!
The five-star London hotel will soon serve Marque-certified Naked Jam as part of its legendary cream teas, as well as at breakfast and with room service.
The Ritz adds to a growing list of luxury hotels who use the New Forest jam, including Corinthia in London and more locally Chewton Glen and The Pig.
Jennifer Williams started Naked Jam 10 years ago and today still cooks in small batches, picking and choosing only the very best ingredients.
The Naked Jam range constantly changes as Jennifer is inspired by the seasons. She said: ‘The fruit changes as the seasons unfold, so I channel my imagination and I use them to create unique recipes.’
Jennifer was personally approached by The Ritz and asked to supply a range of jams including strawberry, apricot, blackcurrant and raspberry, as well as honey.
It’s been a good year for Naked Jam, Jennifer’s whiskey and lemon marmalade won a star at the Great Taste Awards.
