Eating for Energy after Surgery – 12 noon to 4pm – FREE EVENT
The foods you eat after surgery can help you to repair, build and energise your body. The food options do not have to be boring, so please come along and join local chef/patron of The Granary Kitchen, Christian Rivron as he shares some dietary ideas and recipes. Max 10 people. Cook Indian Spiced Keyhaven Lamb – 11am to 12 noon – FREE EVENT
Join Lisa from Lisa’s Larder, and Claire from Spice ‘n’ Easy, as they demonstrate how to cook Indian Spiced Keyhaven Lamb and Bombay potatoes using local Keyhaven lamb from Lisa’s own flock, and the Spice ‘n’ Easy cooking sauces made by Claire right here in Milford on Sea. The World of Lyburn Farmhouse Cheese – 1pm to 2pm – FREE EVENT
Mike Smales, maker of Lyburn Farmhouse Cheeses will give a talk and share his passion about the hand-made cheeses made from his own cow’s milk. Mike’s artisan cheeses include softer and more continental styles. Enjoy a free taste, and even buy some to take home. Refreshments available.

Join local chef/patron of The Granary Kitchen, Christian Rivron as he demonstrates some delicious dishes using wonderful locally sourced ingredients and fresh produce.

Come and buy fresh and seasonal produce direct from the farmers and smallholders of the New Forest.

Keyhaven Lambing Live – 10am to 3pm – FREE EVENT
Visit your local farm in Keyhaven and meet Simeon & Lisa’s newborn lambs from their flock of pedigree Zwartbles sheep. Learn about the sheep and discover what else is going on at the farm, and feed the lambs (subject to them arriving on time). Guided tours at 10am to 12 noon – 12 noon to 2pm – 2pm to 4pm.
Lisa’s Larder Pop Up Farm Shop – 10am to 3pm
Pop in to buy some of Lisa’s own local Keyhaven lamb and produce straight from the farm, together with a delicious range of other local produce from the New Forest & Isle of Wight including meats, cheese, chutneys, eggs, honey, jams, breads, crafts and plenty more interesting & tasty local produce.
Cooking a Pasta Dish with Fiona – 12 noon to 1pm
Join Fiona Hill as she demonstrates a fresh pasta dish that is as quick to make as it is tasty to eat. Fiona is a trained Cordon Bleu chef with Michelin star kitchen experience. Today she runs ‘Real Food‘ in Barton. Refreshments & cake available.

Lisa’s BIG Farm BBQ – 12 noon to 3pm
Come to Keyhaven Farm for a BBQ with a difference. Choose your cut of meat from the butcher’s counter in Lisa’s Larder and take it to the barn where local events specialist ‘Appetite for Adventure’ will cook it for you whilst you select your accompaniments from a cold buffet selection. Cost £6.50 adults – £3.50 children (plus cost of meat). Drinks available to purchase.
Quick & Tasty Cookery Demonstration – 1pm to 2pm
Exciting recipe ideas for ‘quick and tasty meals’. Open to all. Hosted by Judith Long a renowned cookery demonstrator, and co-author of the New Forest Marque cookbooks ‘Well Seasoned’ and ‘More Seasoning’ which feature New Forest produce. Refreshments & cake available.

Don’t miss our exciting celebration of local food! The food market has over 60 stalls laden with local New Forest produce and homemade sweet and savoury delights made in the village. To keep you nourished there is hot street food like hog roast, venison burgers, pizza, wraps, indian food, thai dishes, sweet crepes, waffles, plus lots more … Live music will be in the air as you stroll around the market held in the High Street & on the village green.
