The New Forest Marque is pleased to welcome La Perle as a member of the Marque.
La Perle is a delightful village restaurant in Milford on Sea owned by Sam who trained under Raymond Blanc as a young chef and It was during his time spent with Monsieur Blanc that Sam developed his passion for seasonal dishes made from locally sourced produce. The results can be seen in the menus, where everything is made from scratch in the restaurant, from the bread and butter to the ice creams and sorbets. The New Forest is a key source of many of Sam’s ingredients with over 90% of his produce sourced from sustainable suppliers in Hampshire and Dorset.
