We’re delighted to welcome Eight Two O Spirits as the newest food and drink producer to join the New Forest Marque.

Based in their beautiful distillery within the grounds of fellow Marque member Shallowmead Nurseries in Lymington, brothers Tom and Jonny craft a range of innovative spirits inspired by the botanicals of the New Forest.

Determined to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible, Tom and Jonny are serious about sourcing locally. The majority of their botanicals including their juniper are grown in the New Forest – supporting the landscape, reducing air miles, and ensuring exceptional quality.

Eight Two O Spirits continues to go from strength to strength, earning multiple awards, including the Advertiser and Times Award for Beverage Producer of the Year 2025. Their line-up of favourites includes their classic London Dry Gin, Blackberry Gin, Miss Hanne’s Lymington Pink Gin, Chocolate Orange Gin, Sloe Gin and Dawes Golden Rum.

We’re excited to champion their craft and celebrate another producer dedicated to showcasing the very best of the New Forest.
