New Forest Pasta Co. is an artisan producer of fresh Italian pasta and slow-cooked sauces, made in small batches using traditional bronze dies. Wherever possible, ingredients are sourced from New Forest and Hampshire suppliers, creating authentic, handcrafted food with a strong sense of place.

Based in Sway, the business also operates a fresh pasta food truck for events and offers a click-and-collect service from its shipping container kitchen, bringing freshly made pasta to the local community.

The team joined the New Forest Marque to become part of a network that champions independent producers and celebrates local food. As the business grows, connection with other local farms, makers and artisans is an important part of its journey. Supporting local sourcing is central to their ethos, helping to sustain small businesses and reduce food miles while strengthening the link between producer and customer.
