Burley Rails Shortbread is made by Tracy Thew at Burley Rails Cottage which was built in 1811 as a Woodman’s Cottage in Burley.

A lady who loves to bake, Tracy has made shortbread for family, friends and visitors to the New Forest for many years.

A speciality New Forest Marque shortbread can be made to order using local butter.
