The New Forest Marque is delighted to welcome beekeeper Boris Borisov.

Boris is a family man who manages traditional beehives on an old farm near Lyndhurst in the heart of the New Forest. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by apple orchards, native trees and wildflower meadows. The bees have rich pollen pickings in such a wildlife-rich location. The result is golden honey with a wonderful flavour.

Boris is only just starting to sell at small markets and fairs, and his honey is currently only stocked at the New Forest Wildlife Park.
