New Forest Marque member SO41 Catering are holding a supper club at their unit in New Milton on the 14th of October in partnership with The Burnt Chef Project.

The evening is a relaxed and social (inline with government guidelines and social distancing compliant) evening with a 6 course menu and licenced bar.

The menu for the evening with all be dishes from the cook book that the Burnt Chef Project have released including dishes from some of the top names in the game including Adam Simmons and Adam Handling.

The burnt chef project was set up by Kris Hall to highlight and challenge the sigma of mental health within the hospitality industry through education. You can find more information on their website.

To book for the event people please email SO41 Catering or contact them their Facebook page, they are half full for the event already but they would look to run a second evening on the 15th if they sell out.

Tickets are £40 per person and the event starts at 7pm with a maximum of 6 people per table.
