We’re delighted to welcome Stuckton Workshop as a new Associate Member of the New Forest Marque.

Based near Fordingbridge, Stuckton Workshop is a new community venture with a mission to support and promote traditional crafts and heritage building skills. The workshop is based on the historic site of the former Stuckton Iron Foundry, established in 1790, and later home to Armfield Agricultural Engineering Works.

The not-for-profit organisation aims to create a hub for heritage craft courses, workshops and demonstrations, while providing space for local artists and craftspeople to work and exhibit. Through education and practical demonstrations, Stuckton Workshop hopes to help keep traditional skills alive and inspire future generations to discover the value of heritage crafts.

The organisation is also working towards conserving and restoring the historic buildings on the site, creating a space where the area’s industrial heritage can be celebrated alongside the traditional skills and crafts that remain an important part of the local community.
