Pamela Bell is a multi-media artist who’s work is influenced by the beauty of the New Forest. She is thrilled to join the Marque Inspired community and we are delighted to have her join us.

Pamela is drawn to bold colours, simple shapes and strong contrasts, often taking inspiration from her own photography. Her haven is Lepe Beach, where she loves to immerse herself in nature and capture fleeting moments with her camera, often accompanied by her grandchildren and her dog. Many of these photographs become starting points for new artworks, while others stand alone as finished pieces in their own right.

Pamela works across a range of mediums – from lino printing, needle felting and photography to mixed-media collage, gelli printing and textured painting. She’s guided by the idea that “The Earth has music for those who listen” by George Santayana, a sentiment she expresses through her art.
